Choosing a school for your child is an important decision. We strongly recommend you attend our annual open evening which is held mid November every year where you can talk to the children and staff before making a decision.
A statutory school place must be applied for on a Common Application Form (CAF). Parents must apply online via the RBWM website the November before required entry.
Applications for places at our school are administered by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Families must apply via Windsor and Maidenhead Council through their online form.
Applications for September 2026 are now closed.

In-year and Casual admissions
(Reception to Year 6)
The Academy manages its own in-year admission via its Admissions committee made up of Governors and the school Principal.
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admission round and the child will be admitted where there are available places.
Where there are places available but more applications than places, the published oversubscription criteria, as set out in the admission arrangements, will be applied. Parents are advised to read the admission arrangements carefully before making their application.
You can apply for a place using the RBWM Academy in Year application form and sending it to the school via lowbrook@lowbrookacademy.co.uk. You will be advised of the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible and within 15 days of receipt, but the aim is to notify applicants of the outcome of their application within 10 school days of receipt.
Waiting List
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead processes waiting lists every year. Unsuccessful applicants (including applications which have been received after the closing date) will be included on the school's waiting list ranked in order of priority under the published oversubscription criteria, without regard to the date that the application has been received.
Please be advised that the child's position on the waiting can go down as well as up. For example, if a new application is received or a child on the list moves nearer to the school, the waiting list may need to revised. The offer of a place does not depend on the on the length of time your child's name has been on the waiting list. Waiting lists will be held by the school, annually parents will be contacted to see if they wish for their child to remain on the waiting list.
To understand more about this process visit the RBWM website.
