6Q Curriculum Information
We believe at Lowbrook that there is an expectation on the part of both adults and children that learning is important and enjoyable and that everyone can improve.
The learning process is valued and there should be a supportive atmosphere that allows children to make and learn from their mistakes.
Below we have included the year group curriculum overview and an example of a timetable for Year 6.

Helpful information:
Children are taught PE twice a week and will need to attend school on those days in their kits.
Children in Year 6 are allowed to walk/cycle home alone if you have given written permission via e-mail lowbrook@lowbrookacademy.co.uk

Homework is set regularly throughout the week. Please check Google Classroom regularly, where work and resources will be uploaded.
Reading
All children should read for at least 20 minutes every day. Here are some suggested reading books for Year 6 children:

We aim for all Lowbrook Children to be able to:
